What were your New Year's resolutions for 2006? How did you do?
I'm not the type of person who sets resolutions every New Year's day. I usually forget them. Hehehe. Although, I try as much as I can to out do what I have done the previous year and correct whatever my wrongdoings are. Cause what I really wanna do is to start and end the year right. I just pray that, through the Lord's guidance, I live for His glory.
Happy new year!

I've got a lot of things to be thankful for.

...I thank God for the hope of salvation which He unselfishly gave through his Son - Jesus
...I thank God for my family that inspite of our situation right now, I still can turn to them everytime I need them
...I thank God for my job that even if I do complain most of the time, I am still blessed to have one which helps me survive my daily finances
...I thak God for my friends
...I thank God for my relatives for even if some of them may not be as close to me as the others, they are still there for me
...I thank God for my honey who had been so patient with me and who accepted me into his life no matter what my weaknesses are.
...I thank God for all the blessings, for the heartaches, for the hardships, for my problems, for my happiness, for everything there is in my life right now. He's just so great..a loving, faithful and true God...with that I love Him dearly...
What's your favorite heartbreak song?
Submitted by esta86.
I remember back when I was young I usually cry whenever I hear the song "Till My Heartaches End" sang by Ella Mae Saison (a Pinoy Singer). I can relate to the song. It was a young love. Thought it's gonna be a forever thing but the world turned upside down when a third party broke into our relationship. We fell apart...no closure...just that. I still feel sad whenever I think about the guy. His marriage wasn't successful. But hey....I've moved on. Getting married soon!
What's your favorite Thanksgiving dish?
Submitted by Brennan.
In the Philippines, we do not celebrate Thanksgiving. Anyway, if one day I'd be able to celebrate Thanksgiving in the US I'd probably try the infamous turkey dish. I wonder how it tastes?
yeah. Surely life won't be like this forever. I've been told and I believe that no matter how hard it is to endure all these pains and problems in life, there's always that hope that in the end I'll get to experience an ever lasting happiness. So no matter how things get tough today, I always look forward to the day when things will pay-off.
I really miss my honey. It's been almost a month now - four more days - since he flew to Singapore. Many people keeps cheering me up. Some even told me that Singapore is not that far so I can always go visit him. But what I actually want is to be with him forever. I've been so used to his presence in my life that I feel so incomplete right now. Of course, we chat over yahoo messenger. We share the experiences we have had while the other one is away. But it's actually different when we do it in person. When we are physically together. I just miss those times when he just incessantly blab about his work, his day, his dreams, his plans, his pains and his laughters. God, I miss him. I regret to have had quarrels with him before. I should have made the most out of those moments. But still, being together for almost six years now have done a lot of great things for the two of us. We became more mature, more responsible on the things we do and we grew to love each other more and more each day.
I just hope that February will come soon so I can go visit him already. I wonder how will we spend that time together again? I'm so excited!
What's the most drastic change you've ever made to your appearance?
Submitted by Laurie.
I am afraid of doing experiments on my appearance. Really, I even don't apply make-up. I'm just not an adventurous person.
What's your dream career?
Submitted by Something.
Back when I was a kid, I was imagining myself holding a briefcase, wearing a black miniskirt, a coat with pointed shoes while working inside my spacious room as an executive. Before I finish High School, I wanted to be a lawyer (because of the John Grisham Novels that I read). In college, I just wanted to land in a job with the government. However, life seems to have too many surprises for me, I never became a lawyer or an executive officer. I worked in the government twice but the private sector keeps on pulling me to it. I'm taking up my Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations because right now, the field of Human Resource Management and Development is enticing. Not of course because of pay but more of fulfilling what I really want. And I finally realize that HR work is fulfilling, despite the potholes.
